Welcome to the website of the Mid North Coast Presbytery. We are a regional body of the Uniting Church in Australia.

As part of the Synod of NSW and ACT, we provide oversight, support and resourcing to 35 local congregations and faith communities spread along the mid-north coast of New South Wales from Forster-Tuncurry and Gloucester in the south to Woolgoolga and Dorrigo in the north, with major centres like The Manning, Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour along the way and many others in between.

We spend our time and energy encouraging and enabling those congregations and their members to join with God in the mission of bringing reconciliation and renewal to the whole creation.

At present many congregations are not worshipping in person, and using Zoom, live online worship occurs and is also recorded.  Here is the latest recording.

Other Presbytery services are on the Youtube Church Online Mid North Coast channel.

Corona Virus

Currently there are no physical worship or other gatherings.  We can still connect in other ways.

Resources on how congregations should handle this pandemic are available on the National Assembly and NSW/ACT Synod websites.

  The Presbytery Mission Statement

To encourage and inspire the sharing of the hope of the Gospel and the love of Christ across the Mid North Coast Region.

To provide space for prayer and discernment that will allow creative resources to emerge, bringing new and fresh expressions of church within our local culture and context.

To help to discover a contemporary narrative of the gospel that holds true to our past and brings hope, healing and renewal to our local communities.
